Правові аспекти змісту цифрової компетентності: систематичний огляд літератури

У результаті систематичного аналізу літератури встановлено, що частота та обсяг звернень до цифрової компетентності з позицій права у міжнародних освітніх дослідженнях знаходяться на низькому рівні. Учені здебільшого аналізують освітні закони, менше – авторське право, практично не вивчають загальні питання права інтелектуальної власності.
