Феномен японської правової системи. Характеристика та особливості
Анотація
У статті розглянуто феномен правової системи Японії через аналіз окремих елементів правової системи Япо- нії шляхом дослідження специфічних та характерних тільки для цієї системи засобів регулювання суспільних відносин. Продемонстровано втілення базових принципів звичаєвої правової системи в сучасній японській право- вій системі. Наведені основні підходи до визначення ролі права в сучасному японському соціумі.
