Зарубіжний досвід правового регулювання звільнення працівників у випадку одноразового грубого порушення трудових обов’язків
Анотація
У статті автором досліджено особливості правового регулювання звільнення працівників у випадку одноразового грубого порушення трудових обов’язків у зарубіжних країнах. Проведено порівняльну характеристику законодавства західних країн у зазначеній царині. Зроблено висновок, що у світі існують два основних підходи до правового регулювання трудової діяльності керівника організації.
