Law and Innovation Society journal (ISSN 2309-9275) is an open access electronic journal founded by the Scientific and Research Institute of Providing Legal Framework for the Innovative Development of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine and published 4 times a year. The journal was included into the List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine group «Б» 081 "Law" (Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine order № 409 of 17 March 2020).

The journal “Law and Innovation Society” accepts for publication theoretical and empirical research in the field of law (public management and administration). In particular, the journal encourages scholarly works addressing current issues and challenges of legal science, proposals for improving national legislation, achievements of legal scholarship in foreign countries, as well as studies on the formation and development of financial and banking systems in Ukraine and worldwide, and research in the field of legal support for business management.

The journal accepts articles in the field of knowledge 081 "Law", 293 "International Law".

Articles are accepted in English and Ukrainian.

The journal “Law and Innovation Society” adheres to the principles of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and employs a double-blind peer review process to ensure original and high-quality research in the field of law.

The aim of the journal is to create a specialized platform for authors to publish the results of their research on innovation-driven development, as well as the emergence, novelties, and trends of the innovation society.

Objectives of the journal: 1) to establish a scholarly community interested in legal research related to the innovation society; 2) to assist authors in improving and revising their manuscripts and ensuring prompt publication; 3) to facilitate efficient and high-quality interaction between authors, the editorial board, and reviewers; 4) to disseminate the journal’s content across a wide range of national and international scientometric databases; 5) to provide readers with free and timely access to new articles (through their gradual publication in the order of submission and upon receiving positive reviews);

to ensure reliable backup and preservation of journal issues in multiple repositories.

The journal adheres to an archiving policy and ensures long-term preservation in open access. In particular, the journal’s website is based on the Open Journal Systems platform, which enables anonymous double-blind peer review, secure storage of submitted manuscripts and all journal issues, and effective communication between authors, the editorial board, and reviewers.

The author may deposit a preprint (a version of the publication that has not undergone peer review) in any repository, provided that a reference to the publisher and the journal is included in the following format:

“This is a preprint of a manuscript submitted for publication in the journal ‘Law and Innovation Society’, published by the Research Institute of Providing Legal Framework for the Innovative Development.”

Postprint

The author may deposit the postprint (the final version of the article in the publisher’s PDF format) in any subject-specific national or international repository, provided that the publisher, the journal title, and the article’s DOI are indicated.
