License Agreement

The electronic publication “Law and Innovative Society” is an open access journal. All articles published on the journal’s website are freely available for viewing, reading, downloading, and printing. The policy of the journal Law and Innovative Society is aimed at eliminating any national, racial, religious, political, or other restrictions on publication and access to articles. The journal’s content is licensed under a licensing agreement according to which readers of the journal “Law and Innovation Society” may distribute, edit, adapt, and build upon the published articles, provided that proper attribution is given and a reference to the original source of publication is included, except for use for commercial purposes.

In the event that an article is accepted for publication, the author undertakes to transfer the following rights:

– the right to reproduce the work (publication, including electronic publication, dissemination, duplication, replication, or other distribution of the work) without limitation on the number of copies. Each copy of the work must include the name of the author;

– the right to distribute the work by any means and in any manner;

– the right to provide access to electronic copies of the work via the Internet;

– the right to include the work in a compiled (consolidated) collection;

– the right to communicate the work to the public;

– the right to use the metadata (title, author’s name (right holder), abstract, bibliographic materials, etc.) of the work through dissemination and making available to the public, processing and systematization, as well as inclusion in various databases and information systems;

– the right to store and process personal data without limitation in time in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and this agreement.

The author retains the following rights:

– to use the materials of the work in whole or in part for educational purposes;

– to use the materials of the work in whole or in part for preparing their own qualification works, including academic works;

– to use the materials of the work for preparing abstracts, conference papers, and oral presentations;

– to deposit electronic copies of the article (including the final electronic version downloaded from the official website of the journal) on:

a) personal web resources of all authors (websites, web pages, blogs, etc.);

b) web resources of the institutions where the authors are affiliated (including institutional repositories);

c) non-commercial open access web resources (for example, www.doaj.org).

In all cases, a bibliographic reference to the published article or a hyperlink to its electronic version on the official website of the journal is mandatory.

The author guarantees that the materials submitted for publication:

– are created personally by the author;

– do not infringe the copyright of other individuals or organizations;

– are original in their entirety and have not been previously published in other publications;

– are not under consideration for publication in other journals.
