Євроінтеграційні напрями правового забезпечення збереження і відтворення природно-ресурсної бази

Дослідження присвячене визначенню євроінтеграційних напрямів правового забезпечення збереженні та відтворення природно ресурсної бази країни. Актуальність роботи зумовлена збільшенням екологічних ризиків, зміною клімату, щ веде до суттєвих втрат у природі. Виконаний порівняльний аналіз нормативного регулювання стратегій збереження біорізноманіття підкреслив спорідненість дій щодо посилення адаптаційних напрямів правового регулювання з країнами ЄС процесів збереження і відтворення природи з підтвердженням переходу до моделі сталого розвитку та формування екосистем, що є пріоритетним для екологічної політики ЄС. Виконаний аналіз європейських підходів показав, що. євроінтеграційні прагнення України а галузі екологічного права мають реалізовуватися в розробці законодавчого та нормативного врегулювання збереження біорізноманіття, удосконаленні екологічного контролю, запобігання негативному впливу зміни клімату з урахуванням викликів воєнного стану. Оперативним інструментом здійснення оцінок реагування на ризики може бути пошукова система Google Trends, в якій визначено рівень інтересу до теми біорізноманіття в світі, окремих країнах ЄС та Україні, яка дозволяє у різні часові періоди одержати дані про рівень пошукової активності обраної теми, що досліджується, що враховується у прийнятті рішень з удосконалення правового забезпечення природоохоронних заходів. Додатковою перевагою онлайн ресурсу є географічний критерій для здійснення порівнянь країн ЄС з Україною. Практичне значення полягає в можливості надати конкретні рекомендації з покращення якості та ефективності нормативного впливу на довкілля. Розглянутий проєкт змін до державного екологічного контролю є стандартним, отже, він тільки частково може вирішити питання переходу до моделі сталого розвитку. Створення Смарагдової мережі спрямовано на забезпечення адаптаційних правових процесів європейської мережі Natura 2000 для охорони дикої природи. Розробка стратегій відновлення природних ресурсів (зокрема лісів) на засадах європейських стандартів є подальшими можливостями для зрушень у забезпеченні збереження та відтворення природоресурсної бази України в контексті євроінтеграції, чому буде додатково сприяти впровадження обов’язкової звітності компаній зі сталого розвитку.
