The study is devoted to the development of an innovative approach to the linguistic assessment of media content of justice bodies. The relevance of the work is due to the significance of public communication of justice bodies for the formation of public trust in state institutions. The proposed innovative approach expands traditional content analysis and integrates methods for assessing the linguistic component with the analysis of the legal terminological base and the composition of communicative content. Its basis is the assessment of news texts of the website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to a set of criteria: information sufficiency of volume, accessibility of language, user orientation and saturation with professional presentation of legal documents. The purpose of the approach is to provide a potential measurement in linguistic assessment of the density of use of legal terminology for a deeper application of the professional communicative component of the general competence of justice body specialists due to the need to orient future lawyers to a higher level of development of strategic communicative management skills. The practical significance lies in the opportunity to consider specific recommendations for improving the quality and effectiveness of communication between justice bodies and the public. The interdisciplinary aspects of innovative development of society through the legal and communication component are summarized, where the assessment of the richness of legal terminology was carried out based on the media content of news from the justice body. The applied innovative approach to linguistic assessment can determine a new dimension of modern changes in the legal parameters of communication notifications for both professionals and a wide range of consumers. The use of such an approach will contribute to increasing the transparency and clarity of legal discourse, which is a priority for the implementation of the principles of the rule of law and open government.
