Окремі господарсько-правові засоби підтримки туризму в ЄС
Анотація
У статті досліджено та повністю висвітлено актуальні проблемні питання щодо господарсько-правовових засобів підтримки та регулювання правовідносин у сфері розвитку туризму. Розглянуто вітчизняне та зарубіжне законодавство про підтримку туристичної галузі. Виявлено суттєві недоліки національного правового регулювання у цій сфері. Зокрема, встановлено проблему в залученні місцевих інтересів громад, а саме через місцеві ініціативні групи, які сприятимуть розвитку малого та середнього підприємництва в даній сфері.
